Juçaí’s Yogurt Panna Cotta


  • 0.71 Oz of Juçaí syrup
  • 9.2 Oz of whole milk plain yogurt
  • 0.71 Oz of gelatin powder
  • 1.2 Oz of honey
  • 16 Oz of table cream
  • 11.64 Oz of white chocolate

Preparation mode

Dissolve the gelatin powder in cold water, heat until completely dissolved and set aside. Heat the yogurt, honey and Juçaí’s syrup together. Turn off the stove and add the chocolate. Then, add the dissolved gelatin to the mixture. Finally, add the table cream and stir it well. Take this mixture to the fridge for approximately 2 hours. When serving, add a layer of Juçaí’s syrup and finish with a sprinkling of cashew nut.
