- 1 Juçaí’s sorbet 200ml (any flavor)
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
Let the Juçaí thaw for approximately 10 minutes, at room temperature. Separate 1 tablespoon of Juçaí, and mix with 1 teaspoon of cornstarch. Place in a pan, cook over low heat and stir until it thickens. Then, sift the syrup and set aside, letting it cool down.
