Pancake with Juçaí’s syrup


  • 7.1 Oz of wheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 3 tablespoons of sugar
  • 2 teaspoons of baking powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons of melted butter
  • 7.8 US fl. Oz of milk

Preparation mode

Mix the dry ingredients – flour, salt, baking powder and sugar – in a bowl. In another bowl, whisk the liquids – butter, eggs and milk. Then, whisk all the ingredients and stir well, until you have a homogeneous dough. Then, grease the frying pan and wait it heat to put the dough. Flip the pancake when bubbles appear. When serving, finish it with Juçaí’s syrup.
